Think trendy men’s clothing for a moment…it is absolutely normal to want to look your best and put your “best foot forward” in every situation. Should you always dress trendy though? Well, here are a couple of arguments for and against the idea!

• Obviously, trendy men’s clothing exists for those who want to look the best that they possibly can, whenever they can. Those that dress trendy will always be up to date with the latest advances in the world of fashion. Obviously, the vast majority of people who you walk past will have absolutely no idea whether you are wearing something in season or not, but at least you will feel comfortable about the type of clothing that you are wearing.
• The downside to trendy men’s clothing is that it can be expensive. Big designers, and smaller companies for that matter, make their money by capitalizing on the latest trends and the like. They know that people will pay an arm and a leg to look brilliant and stay on trend, so you are going to need to have a lot of money at your disposal if you want to turn heads in this way…you have been warned! 🙂

• When it comes to trendy men’s clothing, military green is the ‘in colour’ at the moment. It, of course, works incredibly well with a nice jacket or something similar. However, you can also wear some decent military green pants for a good effect too. In fact, if you really wish to turn heads, and look smart at it, you are going to want to opt for a nice suit in green paired with the right shoes and tie!
• Shearling jacket: This jacket, very retro in style, is back in at the moment. It is not for every man out there. Therefore, you should try it on before you buy, just to make sure it looks good. • Neutral colours: Back on the colour thing here. Neutral colours are really in when it comes to trendy men’s clothing. We are not talking multiple colours though. The style for 2015 and, most likely, going into mid 2016 (so this is still relevant), is dressing in a single neutral colour. Wear grey from head to toe and you are sure to look a million dollars.
• Jeans: There are a lot of trends related to jeans at the moment, so, we have a lot to cover here. Perhaps the main trend is distressed denim. One of the wonderful things about this is that you can pick up some pre-loved jeans from your local thrift store, so, once again, you will be able to save a considerable amount of cash. If you wish for something newer, you will find very few stores out there which do not have at least a couple of options to choose from. Black denim jeans are also in right now. Pair a good pair of jeans with a t-shirt and you are going to look great. This makes for a very casual look which you should be able to pull off just about everywhere you go, unless it is a formal occasion.
• Stripes: This is another style which seems to be having a bit of a resurgence. Stripes are an incredibly common print and you will see them just about everywhere you go now. Choose simple stripes, red and black make a good pair. Combine this with a nice bit of distressed denim and you are going to end up looking absolutely fabulous!

• Try not to keep up with every trend, unless you have the money to spend. If you are changing your look each and every season, you are going to be blowing through a wad of cash. Just keeping up to date with one or two trends a year should be sufficient.
